Steve graduated with a biology degree from Augsburg College and achieved his physical therapy degree from the University of Minnesota. Steve brings vast knowledge and a variety of experience to our clinic. While at Brookdale Integrative Health, he opened a physical therapy department and improved the physical therapy services offered at Hopkins Spinal Care Clinic. In addition Steve is trained in Pilates rehabilitation.

Steve is happily married with two children. He enjoys being outdoors, fishing, boating, golfing, skiing and dining out..

Kyle Yang graduated from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a BBA focused on accounting and computer information systems. While in school, he worked as a simultaneous interpreter, mainly for the auto industry in Detroit, Michigan. After graduation, he worked for Ameriprise Inc. and Target Corp. on reengineering and process improvement projects, as well as on technology leadership programs. Kyle’s early experience interpreting for the auto industry in Detroit gave him unique insight into the intersection of manufacturing, technology, and communication. His time working with automakers provided a strong foundation in lean principles and operational workflows, which he later applied to streamline operations at The Language Banc. This connection to Detroit’s auto industry continues to influence his approach to technology integration and continuous improvement in language services.

Fawn has 16 years in the medical field as a CNA, Case Assessment Manager and a Lead Triage Medic in the Army. Fawn transitioned into Business with a underground facility locating firm out of Northern Wisconsin as Director of Operations and Human Resources at Menards. The past 7 years Fawn has focused more on the HR side of Business and third party administering and billing of Health and Retirement Accounts.

Fawn’s diverse background has given her a unique perspective on leadership, team management, and organizational efficiency. Her experience in both the medical and business sectors allows her to bridge the gap between employee well-being and operational excellence. Kim is originally from Wisconsin, but settled in the metro area while pursuing entrepreneurial business ventures more than a decade ago. Formerly working for Bloomington Public Schools as a program management aide in setting III special education classrooms, she provided much needed advocacy for adolescents with special needs. Kim became interested in healthcare and related patient advocacy while caring for her terminally ill mother. For that reason, Gilles decided to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Management in 2009. She has been involved in healthcare from the pediatric to the geriatric level. Additionally, she has spent time volunteering at Presbyterian Homes and Services assisting the elderly in areas from independent living to advanced memory care.

She uses her personal, professional and educational experience in healthcare administration to ensure that diverse communities of every age in the metro area have access to high-quality healthcare.
