Dr. Asamarai holds an M.D, M.S. in Food Safety, Ph.D. in Food Science and Human Nutrition, and a D.V.M degree. He is a General Practitioner Physician with interest in public health and research and development in the field of medicine. Dr. Asamarai is currently the President of Pro-Health Care – a Home Health Agency in Columbia Heights, Minnesota. Dr. Asamarai has extensive experience in University Teaching, Research, and Food industry experience. He has published many papers in pear reviewed refereed scientific journals, and has several Intellectual Property Contributions..
